*One last fire before Kyle left for school…obviously photos were necessary…as well as sunglasses apparently…*

This summer was a really fun one. Though I spent most days at work rather than on a vacation with my family I still managed to carve out time and do some pretty fun things!

*You’d think the Six Flags roller coasters would be the scariest things at the park…these swings though, man oh man, they weren’t as relaxing as I thought they’d be! Still a cool view from the top and definitely worth the hour long wait to get on. But you know what wasn’t worth it? The lockers they FORCED you to put your bags in before each ride…did I mention you had to pay for those lockers as well?? yeah…we were not impressed with that…*

*Took a cooking class with my mom this summer! It was a lot of fun and it was inside this new market thing in Boston which had really cool local and farm fresh food (will definitely be going back on breaks and will report more about it then!), obviously we took home some chocolate sweets for the ride home. Oh, and can you tell the food we made was good? Can you say clean plate club! The class was about how to cook stir fry and since I am in no way a chef it was cool to learn tricks for cooking real food! We even got a free little cookbook and a pealer : ) *

*No one I’d rather spend days on end with. I sure am glad we got to spend so much time together this summer.
